INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM

Bien Yapı Ürünleri Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Bien” or the “Company”) acts in compliance with the obligations set out in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and all other applicable legal regulations. This Information Notice has been prepared by Bien, in its capacity as Data Controller, in order to fulfil the disclosure obligation stipulated in Article 10 of the Law and to inform real persons whose personal data are processed through the contact form regarding their rights under Article 11 of the Law. The personal data obtained may be processed in connection with, limited to, and proportionate to the purposes explained in this Information Notice.

1. Personal Data Processed

Personal Data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. If you submit the contact form available on our website to Bien, your personal data within the categories of Identity (name-surname), Contact (e-mail address, telephone number), as well as the personal data contained in the message content, may be processed.

2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data collected by Bien may be processed for the purposes of receiving your requests and suggestions, tracking complaints, responding to information requests, and managing communication processes.

3. Recipients and Purposes of Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred by Bien to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and where necessary, to relevant real persons or private legal entities for the purpose of fulfilling your request, in accordance with the personal data transfer conditions set forth in Article 8 of the Law.

4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed by Bien during the completion of the Contact Form available on our website, based on the data processing condition of “necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract” set out under Article 5/2(c) of the Law.

Additionally, if you contact us verbally, in writing, or electronically through e-mail, telephone, SMS, contractual documents, social media platforms, or similar channels, your personal data may also be processed.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law

As the data subject, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• Request information if your personal data has been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even if processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant regulations, and request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

• Object to a result arising solely from the analysis of your personal data by automated systems that is to your detriment,

• Request compensation if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests listed above by completing the Data Subject Application Form, available on our website, and sending a wet-signed copy in person or via notary to:
