CLARIFICATION TEXT REGARDING THE SENDING OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

Bien Yapı Ürünleri Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Bien” or the “Company”) attaches utmost importance to the protection of personal data.

This Clarification Text has been prepared by Bien, in its capacity as Data Controller, in order to fulfill its disclosure obligation pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and to inform data subjects regarding their rights set forth under Article 11 of the Law.

1. Categories of Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

Your personal data, within the categories of: Identity (name-surname, profession, title/position), Contact (email address, phone number, address), Marketing (shopping history, information obtained through surveys and campaigns), Transaction Security (IP address, password, etc.), may be processed by Bien, upon your explicit consent, for the following purposes: Sending commercial electronic messages (SMS, e-mail, phone, or other communication channels) regarding advertisements, campaigns, and promotions related to Bien’s products and services, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, Analyzing customer habits and preferences to provide personalized offers as part of product and service marketing processes, Conducting and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analyses, Carrying out activities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, Sending promotional content, surveys, and e-newsletters related to Bien.

2. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected through oral communication, the website, social media, telephone, e-mail, and other electronic or non-electronic means. Such data is processed based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5(1) of the Law.

In the event that you provide explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without providing any justification by sending an e-mail to kvkk@bienseramik.com.tr.

3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data

If you provide explicit consent, your personal data may be transferred to: Relevant suppliers providing service support for the fulfillment of data processing purposes, Group companies, and Other companies having an organic connection and/or similar partnership structure with Bien, for the purposes set forth in this Clarification Text.

4. Rights of Data Subjects under Article 11 of the Law

As data subjects, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is processed, To request information if your personal data has been processed, To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose, To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, To request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation, To object to any outcome against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems, To demand compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data. EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT REGARDING THE SENDING OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

I have read and understood the Clarification Text on the Sending of Commercial Electronic Messages issued by Bien Yapı Ürünleri Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Bien” or the “Company”).

Through this Clarification Text, I have been informed about the processing of my personal data, the purpose, method, and legal basis of such processing, the purposes and recipients of potential data transfers, and my rights as a data subject under the Law.

I acknowledge that, in the event I provide my explicit consent, I may withdraw this consent at any time without providing any justification by sending an email to kvkk@bienseramik.com.tr, and I may change my electronic communication preferences whenever I wish.

I hereby declare that I have provided Bien with accurate and up-to-date personal information, and I undertake to inform Bien of any changes to this information within a reasonable period of time.

Commercial Electronic Message Consent

I hereby give my explicit consent for the processing of my personal data within the categories of identity, contact, and marketing information by Bien for the following purposes: Conducting and managing customer relationship management (CRM) analyses, Carrying out activities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, Analyzing customer habits and preferences to provide personalized offers within the scope of marketing processes for Bien’s products and services, Sending Bien-related promotions, surveys, and e-newsletters, Managing advertisement, campaign, and promotion activities related to Bien’s products and services, in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

I also consent to the transfer of my personal data to Bien’s relevant suppliers providing service support for these data processing purposes, as well as to its group companies and other companies that have an organic connection and/or similar partnership structure with Bien.
