Bien Building Products Industry, Tourism and Trade Inc. is a subsidiary of the Ercan Group of Companies, which operates in the energy, tourism, insurance, and building materials sectors.

Producing at its factories located in Bilecik and Bozüyük, Bien Ceramics has secured its place in the market with over 130 authorized dealers and more than 3,500 sales points across Turkey.

Exporting to nearly 90 countries, Bien is recognized as a global brand. With its internationally award-winning designs and a portfolio of over 100 product collections, Bien has an annual production capacity exceeding 50 million square meters. While exporting to nearly 90 countries, all its products are manufactured in compliance with Turkish standards and certified by TS EN 14411 and TSE STAR/DOUBLE STAR. Bien Ceramics has also established an Integrated Management System and holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2008, and ISO 27001:2013 certifications. Additionally, it has been granted the "Authorized Economic Operator" (AEO) status under the Customs Simplifications and Authorizations Regulation. Using the latest production technologies, Bien Ceramics became the first producer in Turkey to manufacture wall tiles with Digital Technology and 20 mm Technical Porcelain tiles.

Bien Bathroom Products Industry and Trade Inc. is also a subsidiary of the Ercan Group of Companies, which operates in the energy, tourism, insurance, and building materials sectors.

Adopting a strategy of focusing on each product category separately, Bien invested in the sanitary ware sector in 2011 and established Bien Bathroom Products Industry and Trade Inc. in 2017. Emphasizing specialization and capacity expansion within its product range, Bien Bathroom began its sales and marketing activities in January 2018. Utilizing the latest technological innovations in production, Bien Bathroom offers a wide range of products. Its product portfolio includes sanitary ware, faucets, built-in cistern systems, bathroom accessories, and other solutions designed for wet spaces.
