Bien, which brings life-enhancing ideas together with creative designs, has completed the latest term of its Brand Ambassadors Training Program, launched under the Academia platform with the aim of supporting the development of in-store sales representatives. The highly anticipated program welcomed 200 brand ambassadors from 23 different cities.
As one of the leading brands in Turkey and the global construction industry, Bien continues to contribute to the sector through various training initiatives carried out under its Academia platform, which was established with a commitment to innovation and continuous development. One of these initiatives is the Brand Ambassadors Training Program, designed to support the professional growth of sales representatives—those who serve as the face of the brand at sales points. Since its launch in February, the program has hosted 200 brand ambassadors from 23 cities. Throughout the month-long sessions, participants received training on communication processes. In addition, brand ambassadors visited Bien’s three production campuses located in Bilecik and Bozüyük, where they were given comprehensive information about the brand’s products and manufacturing processes.
Highlighting the crucial role sales representatives play in brand growth and customer satisfaction, Bien Marketing Director Sümer Durmaz emphasized that the Brand Ambassadors Training Program was developed with this awareness. Durmaz noted the strong interest in the program and said, “At Bien, we continue our work not within the limits created by standards, but to the extent that imagination can expand. The growth of our industry depends not only on R&D, product development and innovation, but also on strong human capital. With this program, we aimed to cultivate brand ambassadors who are knowledgeable about the sector, informed about new developments and strong in communication. To date, we have reached hundreds of brand ambassadors from 23 cities across the country. With the upcoming training programs, we will continue contributing to the development of our industry.”
